● Translate business strategy into product strategy
● Own the product roadmap & Execute product strategy
● Primarily responsible for overall product roadmap, business requirements elaboration,
meeting critical milestones and deliverables that are time and scope boxed
● Plan and carry out product launches
● Write high-level requirements
● Manage product profitability and commercial success – own the business case
● Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market
● Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages
● Support the Product Owner and Product Marketer with any questions they may have
● Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
● Work closely with all RDS engineering teams to design, schedule and deliver in an agile environment
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously and to resolve scheduling and other conflicts in order to meet all deadlines.

● Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
● Should have basic knowledge on MERN Stack technologies, design architecture and AWS
● Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
● Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate

● Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software
development and web technologies
● Must have handled and team of minimum 5-6 members

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● BE/MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred

● Initiate Onboarding Process of the Interviewers by explaining/ pitching to them about ourcompany Work profile, Process, Remuneration etc.
● Schedule Mock Interviews of the Interviewers
● Providing Demo to the Interviewers of the InCruiter Portal in depth
● Complete documentation Process for Interviewers
● Complete onboarding and training of the Interviewers
● Approve the Interviewers and Pass on to the Interview Team for Providing Interviews
● Build and develop relationships with both clients and candidates to provide a high level of client and candidate service
● Must be Strong in Creating Strategies, Process Improvement.

Qualification -
● Graduates or Post Graduates in business administration, IT or relevant field
● Must have Strong Knowledge of IT Technologies
● Good organizational and time management skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Team handling experience
● Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
● Strong Ethics, Multitasking, self-discipline, team player and ability to manage deadlines
